ABOUT THE HOST
Aubrey is an entrepreneur, author, and cosmic advisor who draws her knowledge from an expansive tapestry of metaphysical studies and practices. Her mission is to empower people with clarity as they make decisions about the next best steps on their highest path.
Anchored in energy work, her foundation spans meditation, astrology, somatic body work, chakra balancing, human psychology and consciousness studies, numerology, and the mystical realms of cartomancy.
Aubrey started studying the tarot in 2015 and was invited to begin offering professional tarot readings in 2019. She’s read for hundreds of clients across the globe, including as the in-house tarot card reader at a metaphysical store in East Nashville.
She is an accredited Chakradance facilitator and grateful for transformative experiences at retreats like Insight Meditation Society's silent immersion, Aubrey Marcus's "Fit For Service,” and cosmic explorations with astrologer David “Leo King” Palmer. Aubrey has also attended in-person trainings and lectures with visionaries like Tony Robbins, Thich Nhat Hanh, and Wim Hof.
As a former Vice President of Strategy in the tech and marketing industry, she brings strategic insights to conversations around artificial intelligence and business operations.
