I’ll shoot straight here: If you’re not giving yourself at least 5 minutes every day (preferably before you jump into your day) to quiet your mind in stillness and focus attention to the quality of your breath… you are unintentionally setting yourself up for a day marked by reactivity. One in which you’ll be victim to every passing thing that happens in your vicinity.

Set aside at least 5 minutes a day & commit to those 5 minutes as if you’re life depends on it — because it does.
