A lot of us sit at a desk all day for our jobs. For me, I was really starting to recognize the benefits of meditation but realized after awhile that the last thing I wanted to do after sitting in front of a computer all day was to come home and sit on a cushion in the corner to meditate. You know?
This is why I connect with moving meditation so much. It’s a way to connect into the benefits of meditation while also honoring what your body may need. As we become more stagnant and disconnected from our physical bodies in this digital age, I truly believe that moving meditation may be a better fit for a lot of people.
