let me stay more quiet

By October 3, 2015 2 Comments

Dear Source Energy, Creator, Guides, Friends,

Please breathe with me, through me. You’re sending Tests my way, or I’m calling out for them, but I need your help to steer clear of self-sabotage. No falling into old energy patterns. I need grounding and courage to speak my truth.

Please nudge me in the direction of the river I’m meant to be carried away by.

Thank you for this food. Thank you for my financial means. Thank you for this weekend here alone at home.

Thank you for this direct channel of communication with you.

Thank you for new courage. Thank you for my life. Thank you for second and third chances to balance the energies in my life.

Pull sadness from my stomach and chest. Replace it with oxygen, openness. Space to see. Space for clarity.

I commit to holding that space for light. Commit to protecting that space from energies that do not provide a positive return on investment.

Please gently remind me into humility and listening. Let me stay more quiet to listen for You. For guidance and next steps.

I am fragile today. My body and spirit feel flighty and coated in a weakness. Mind tired. I seek more humility. I admit I don’t know. Keep me breathing steadily and moving in the world with clear eyes and a sense of duty to my own needs. Help me with a clear mind and easy sleep when I need it.

I ask for your help in alerting me to illusions that I may try to attach myself to. Thank you for coincidences and signs.

Thank you for my unique blend of humanness and the tools with which to share myself.

Thank you for this sore, worn out body — a gift from yoga and dancing all week. I remain committed to aligning my life in such a way that I’ll move through it in harmony. All guidance for good is welcome and accepted.

In gratitude,
Aubrey
