meditation resource gold mine

After two rental extensions, the LA Public Library is forcing me to return Ian Gawler’s and Paul Bedson’s book Meditation: An In-Depth Guide. Technically, it’s now four days overdue but I’m totally okay with the seventy cents they’ll levy against me in fines when I finally return it to their stacks.

The book is seriously a gold mine for anyone who meditates or wants to start a practice.

I can’t remember the last time I read a book that contained so much incredibly valuable, straightforward information.

I’m going to buy a copy this evening to have as my own because there are enough lessons and exercises that I could refer back to this book over the next five years and still probably not feel like I’ve absorbed all the information they were able to impart.
