During the 21 Day Meditation Challenge, Deepak Chopra had us focus on opening our throat chakras.

By doing this we expand the flow of energy in this area and we’re able to express our truth without worrying about being judged or misunderstood.

We’re also able to listen with our heart and truly hear the messages other people are sending us.

He advised that by practicing conscious communication – a practice rooted in the Buddhist tradition – we can deliver words that will provide us with abundant blessings.
