moksha love

I’ve been practicing Moksha yoga nearly daily for the last month. The heat of the room and intensity of the chest openings. The deep breathing and full body sweat is more cleansing than anything I’ve ever experienced. I’m at a point of needing it everyday. My body feels tight if I miss a day.

The 60 or 75 or 90 minutes I spend in studio A is the closest thing I’ve ever felt to a religious experience. I’m able to connect to myself and actually feel like I’m part of the world around me. Integrated.
