The hot yoga class I’ve been going to in the evenings has been a huge relief for me over the last two weeks. The energy of the room, focusing on my intentions for an hour and a half, and leaving the studio dripping in sweat – all of it leaves me feeling relieved of anxiety and pain and worry.
I feel stronger and more in control. My body feels weary in a good way.
Grateful isn’t a strong enough word for how I feel about discovering this studio only a month prior to our breakup. I really do not know where I’d be had I not had this yoga routine to continue following.
